In Tantra, the darkness is as important as the light - “the end of seeking,” is its promise. Accepting the truth of your reality means not running away, and to do that requires a perspective and tools that help you feel okay with not being okay. I have tried to escape chronic pain, mental/physical/emotional dis-ease, abuse, economic struggle, death, loss and the consequences of my own mistakes. But what I found through tantra is that this beautiful heart that can feel so much pain, and this miracle of a brain that so easily identifies with suffering, can be trained to hold both pleasure and pain in harmony…with love.

I’m Amandha Zhane, also known as Amandha is Love; the TV host, journalist and writer who found her authenticity and became whole (not perfect!), and - in gratitude - took a vow of sacred service to the good of the Whole. After a lifetime of loving others before myself, I started honoring my own body, my heart, my mind, my life. Once I found meaning in the pain, and invited my demons in for tea, they were my greatest teachers and helped me to unlock not just deep healing and integration, but Higher States of Consciousness, mystical experiences, Divine gifts (Siddhis) and multidimensionality!

My exploration did not stop there; I started expressing and creating, and found I have a lot to share and pleasurable ways with which to share it! I devoted myself to inspiring my family and many communities to empower their own wholeness and interconnect with other communities, so I also have people here to celebrate with me!
